New 19 Crimes
Treasury Wine Estates is adding two new wines to its fast-growing 19 Crimes brand from Australia. Newcomers include The Banished Dark Red ($12), a blend of Shiraz with touches of Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache; and The Warden ($25), also a Shiraz-based blend. Both are sourced from South Eastern Australia. 19 Crimes, which launched in 2013, crested a quarter-million cases in the U.S. last year, according to Impact Databank, earning “Hot Brand” honors.

We will explore the 5 steps in how to taste wine. The results of this will make you a better wine taster and buyer and develop your unique wine profile. With this profile you can walk into any store or restaurant and explain what you like.
What do you smell? Do you like oaked or unoaked wines? Why do we swirl and spit?
We will talk about wine technology that can assist in building your palate.

Thursday February 9th 7-9pm
Lets take a trip to France in this education and tasting class.
We will cover French wine growing regions and what wines to look for.
French wine laws and labels will be examined.

What are French Dessert wines?
After this class you will have all the tips needed to start buying and enjoying the wines of France!
