New Coppola
Francis Ford Coppola Winery, part of the Delicato portfolio, is introducing Vibrance Pinot Grigio to its Diamond Collection lineup. The new light wine has 80 calories and three grams of carbs a five-ounce serving, with an abv of 8%. Vibrance Pinot Grigio will be available nationwide starting this month, retailing at $15. It marks Coppola Diamond Collection’s first line extension since its Prosecco DOC and Prosecco Rosé DOC in 2022. Delicato noted that the $11-$15 segment is driving growth in the light wine category, representing a 40% share of dollar sales.

White Claw Extends With Tequila Seltzers
White Claw is extending its spirits-based RTD lineup with Tequila Smash, a range of seltzers made with Tequila and fruit flavors. The lineup includes Pineapple Passion Fruit, Mango Tamarind, Lime Prickly Pear, and Strawberry Guava offerings with 100 calories a 12-ounce can (5% abv). White Claw Tequila Smash is rolling out in the U.S. now in variety eight-packs with a suggested retail price of $18.49-$19.
The new Tequila RTDs follow last year’s launch of White Claw’s spirits-based hard seltzer range. According to Impact Databank, the vodka-based White Claw portfolio reached 1.2 million cases in only a partial year on the market in 2023. Late last year, the brand also entered the non-alcohol segment with White Claw 0% Alcohol.
