Come learn about and taste the difference a ‘cool-climate’ makes in wine style and quality while discovering three iconic Aussie wineries: Xanadu, Yering Station and Mount Langi Ghiran.

Guest Speaker Sarah Mayo who represents these iconic Australian wineries in North America will present a comparative tasting of 6 wines (2 white and 4 red)

Sarah is the former Deputy Editor of Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate and has earned the Diploma from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.  Sarah has worked in the wine industry for over 12 years and loves to share her knowledge, enthusiasm and passion for wine with other wine lovers.
