  • Tequila Casa Azul has shifted production to a new distillery, La Roca, NOM 1646. The move, according to the company, is a step toward achieving the brand’s sustainability goals. La Roca distillery is operated by the Montes family, who also operate the Las Américas distillery, Casa Azul’s previous home. Production of Casa Azul has already begun at La Roca, with the first Tequilas produced there set to hit the market this summer.
